Chucky and Jason Voorhees Burst-a-Box – novelties

Burst-a-Box is a line of musical tin-encased novelties that encase a detailed sculpt and clothed spring horror character, produced by US-based company Mezco Toyz based on the classic jack-in-a-box.

The first Burst-a-Box announced was Jason Voorhees (based on the slasher icon’s appearance in Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood), then Chucky (based on the killer doll’s scarred appearance in Bride of Chucky). Both Jason and Chucky are approximately fourteen inches tall when burst.

Available from December 2018/January 2019, a Burst-a-Box costs $50 each.
