‘Helter Skelter’ cover by Rob Zombie and Marilyn Manson – rock song

Alt-rock metal icons Rob Zombie and Marilyn Manson begin their ‘Twins of Evil: The Second Coming Tour’ outing today with twenty-nine co-headlining dates across the USA and Canada.

Rob Zombie will doubtless be featuring his The Electric Warlock Acid Witch Satanic Orgy Celebration Dispenser 2016 album and Marilyn Manson will presumbably be playing tracks from his 2017 Heaven Upside Down opus. Meanwhile, the old tricksters have recorded a cover of The Beatles‘ ‘Helter Skelter’, a song that famously transfixed cult leader Charles Manson.

Produced, engineered and mixed by Zeuss, the much-covered classic anthem was recorded at Goat Head Studios, NRG studios and 3 Chords, in Los Angeles (where else?).

  1. Siouxsie and the Banshees’ raucous live cover of ‘Helter Skelter’ at the Albert Hall in 1983 is still our fave at HORRORPEDIA HQ:
