Tsunambee – USA, 2015

‘This is gonna sting a little’

Tsunambee is a 2017 science fiction horror film directed by Milko Davis and Thomas Martwick (Z/Rex: The Jurassic Dead; Raiders of the Damned) from a screenplay by Davis. It stars Stacy Pederson, Ruselis Aumeen Perry and Shale Le Page.

After atmospheric catastrophes send Los Angeles into chaos, three groups of survivors who escaped the city must put aside their differences to face a series of apocalyptic events.

As they learn to work together they are faced with an even greater nightmare, giant gravity swells that contain thousands of giant killer bees, intent on ushering in the end of the world…

The film is available via Wild Eye Releasing on VOD from selected online platforms.

Reviews:

Tsunambee could have been a hell of a lot of fun if director Milko Davis realized what kind of movie he was making. Had he ditched the stupid Christian symbolism (sometimes the characters literally preach to each other), and made the thing more lighthearted, then he’d have the makings of a very good bad movie. The CGI bees look like they were made on a PC from the 90’s…” Patrick King, Cultured Vultures

“Gifted with the excellent title, Tsunambee includes all the aspects you’d find in a Syfy original film. Bad acting, cliché dialogue, poor cinematography and awful CG, create that well-rounded mix that some people love so well. I will give them this, Tsunambee tried to break out of the bad, CG monster movie mold.” Jason Minton, Without Your Head

  1. Oh……it won’t be long before zombies are unleashed onto us by tornados, swells and earthquakes😋😎😁

  2. After Sharknado, Two Headed Shark Attack and the hordes of hybrid mutation beasts unleashed in the last few years, I ‘m not surprised that killer bees are dragged into entire communities by tornados and gravity swells …..what more do you want!!
